Hi, I’m Julia.
Feeling stuck? Anxious? Unsure of your next step?
If your mind is constantly racing, if worry feels like a shadow that’s hard to shake—even when everything seems “fine”—I get it. Life transitions can be overwhelming. You might feel pressure to have it all figured out, but instead, you're stuck in a cycle of uncertainty and self-doubt.
You’re not alone in this.
I work with adolescents and young adults who are navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, and the heavy weight of “what’s next.” Whether it’s in your career, relationships, or personal life, these transitions can bring up so many questions, and it can feel like no one truly gets it.
I’m here to help you sort through it all. Together, we’ll create a safe space to talk about what’s been holding you back, explore the patterns you might not even realize are keeping you stuck, and work towards a life where you feel empowered, confident, and clear about your next steps.
I believe that therapy isn’t about just “fixing” things—it’s about getting to know yourself in a deeper, more compassionate way; finding the strength to show up as you are, without all the pressure of having everything figured out.
The hardest part is often getting started.
If this resonates with you, let's talk. I’d love to hear your story and see how we can work together towards the life you’re ready to create.
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, broken familial relationships, boundary work, and other mental health concerns. I am also certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
In my free time, I enjoy being outside with my family and friends. I love drinking coffee, going for walks with my dog Rosie, and dreaming about the next travel adventure with my husband.
